Aracaju Port (port code: BRAJU) is a small general cargo and grain port in Brazil. It is located at the estuary of the Sergipe River, 200 kilometers north of the major port of Salvador.
The port has facilities for handling break bulk, dry bulk, ad liquid. And many of its facilities are shared with the oil port of Carmopolis.
Approximately 45 vessels are handled by this port annually and all of them are dredging vessels. With a maximum draft of 4.2 meters being allowed, the maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 20 meters.
