The Port of Broome (Port Code: AUBRO) is the principal deep-water port located at North Australia, Timor Sea in Australia at coordinates South 17° 59' 23.15" - East 122° 13' 24.72". It serves Western Australia's Kimberley region. The Port supports livestock export, offshore oil and gas exploration supply vessels, pearling, fishing charter boats, cruise liners and is the main fuel and container receival point for the region.
The wharf is a steel piled structure with a concrete deck and spring fendering. The outer berth is 331 metres long with maximum displacement of 50,000 tonnes. Larger heavier vessels have been berthed with the approval of the Harbourmaster.
