Come by Chance Port (port code: CACBC) is a deep-water port in Canada. It is situated near Whiffen Head, on the coast of Newfoundland, 138 kilometers from the port of St John's.
The port has facilities for deep draught tankers, and is developed to service an oil refinery and a transhipment terminal. Crude oil is delivered by shuttle tanker from the Grand Banks production fields of Hibernia and Terra Nova for transhipment (NTL) and imported crude is refined, with petroleum products exported, administered by North Atlantic Refinery Limited.
