Garden City Port (port code: USGCG) is a container terminal of the Port of Savannah. It is the single largest and fastest growing container terminal in North America.
The terminal covers 486 hectares and contains nine container berths with total berthing distance of 2955 meters (9693 feet). Berths 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 have alongside depth of 12.8 meters (42 feet) MLW. Berths 2, 3, 8, and 9 have alongside depth of 14.6 meters (47.9 feet) MLW. The terminal also has two berths for liquid bulk cargoes, each of which has 183 meters (600 feet) of berthing space.
The terminal has 11 post-Panamax container cranes, among which five have vessel reach capacity for 16 containers and six vessel reach capacity for 18 containers. It also has two super post-Panamax container cranes with vessel reach capacity for 22 containers.
