Port Nolloth (port code: ZANOL) is a small coastal port suitable only for light draught fishing and pleasure craft. It is situated on the west coast of South Africa, approximately 43 nautical miles south of the mouth of the Orange River.
There is no outward cargo from this port. The types of vessels regularly calling at the port are tug (40%) and dive vessel (40%). With a maximum draught of 2.6 meters and a maximum deadweight of 90t, the maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 36 meters.
The port is mainly used by the inshore diamond mining industry. It is reported that no coastal commercial vessels use the port due to silting. But there is no indication whether the harbour might be dredged.
