Santa Fe Port (Port Code: ARSFE) is an inland port situated on Santa Fe river, a tributary of the Parana, 90 n.m. upriver from Rosario and 312 n.m. from Buenos Aires (via Martin Garcia) or 276 n.m. via Mitre Channel. The Port of Santa Fe is connected to the Port of Colastiné by canal. It mainly handles dry and liquid bulk. It is the transportation and commercial center for the surrounding rich agricultural lands that produce meats, grain, and vegetable oils. The Port of Santa Fe is home to dairy plants, flour mills, mineral smelters, automobile manufacturers, and plants that process forest products.
