Sukhumi port (port code: GESUI) or Sokhumi port is a medium-sized port in Georgia. It is located on the eastern shore of the Black Sea, approximately 200 kilometers from the Turkish border.
The port consists of an outer roadstead, in which lies the anchorage area and a number of alongside berths situated on the north shore of Zaliv Sukhumi. There are no breakwaters giving protection. The harbour is ice free. Vessels may anchor in the port roads in mud holding ground.
The port's throughput of traffic consists of general cargo, passengers and oil. With a maximum draught of 7.8 meters being allowed, the maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 82 meters.
