The port of South Riding Point (Port Code: BSSRP) is a port located on the southern coast of Grand Bahama Island, approximately 35nm east of Freeport. It is an offshore sea island transshipment terminal for oil cargoes. Operated by Statoil South Riding Point (SSRP) LLC, it has two berths available. Berth No.1 can accommodate tankers of 50,000-500,000 DWT and berth No.2 can handle tankers of 35,000-150,000 DWT with a LOA restriction of 274m, maximum draught 23.0m. Approximately 1,364,000 tons of liquid bulk cargo are handled annually.
