Rabah Bitat Airport (IATA code: AAE, ICAO code: DABB), formerly known as Les Salines Airport, and popularly as El Mellah Airport, is an international airport serving Annaba, a city in Algeria. It is located 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) south of Annaba.
The airport’s old terminal has an annual capacity of 500,000 passengers. Its new international terminal was opened in January 2016. The new terminal, which commissioning generates 300 jobs, has an expandable capacity of 700,000 passengers per year.
In 2019, the airport handled a total of 515 481 passengers.
