Iran Airports Holding Company plans to construct a new USD422.5 million airport in Bushehr, Iran. The airport will feature a new terminal, VIP facilities, new runway, MRO and cargo facilities. The project is expected to be complete within a three-year construction period. Sep-2018. it was stated that New Bushehr Airport signed agreements for the construction of a new terminal, as part of its 20 year master plan. The province has also allocated 4250 hectares to construct the new airport, with the first phase of the master plan to include the development of a new apron.
