Cotonou Cadjehoun Airport (IATA code: COO, ICAO code: DBBB) is the largest airport in Benin, and as such, is the primary entry point into the country by air, with flights to Africa and Europe. It is located in the Cadjehoun neighborhood of Cotonou, the largest city and the economic capital of Benin, in West Africa.

Covering an area of 250 hectares, this airport welcomes more than 500,000 passengers per year, around twenty airlines and brings together around a hundred companies that carry out aeronautical and non-aeronautical activities.

In 2014, the airport handled 503,633 passengers and 7,995 metric tons of cargo with 11,855 aircraft operations. But the number of passengers had been declining year by year since then.
