Yeager Airport (IATA code: CRW, ICAO code: KCRW) is the busiest commercial service airport in West Virginia and is located three miles (6 km) east of downtown Charleston, in Kanawha County, West Virginia, United States. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021 categorized it as a non-hub primary commercial service facility.
Covering an area of 767 acres (310 ha), among which 280 acres are usable, Yeager Airport has three concourses: Concourse A, having seven gates and used by Delta and United; Concourse B, the only exit to secure area, having two gates and used by Delta and Spirit; and Concourse C, having five gates and used for American flight.
The airport offers nonstop service to Charlotte; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Chicago; Atlanta; Orlando; and seasonally to Myrtle Beach. It also has a full-service fixed-base operator (FBO) for general aviation (GA) users and is considered one of West Virginia’s home bases for military flight training operations. In 2019, the airport had handled 448,234 passengers in total.
