Groton–New London Airport (IATA: GON, ICAO: KGON, FAA LID: GON) is a state-owned public-use airport located three nautical miles (6 km) southeast of the central business district of Groton, a town in New London CountyConnecticutUnited States. It is included in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2017–2021, in which it is categorized as a regional general aviation facility. It serves the southeastern Connecticut region, including the shoreline localities of Groton, New London, and Mystic. The airport has not had scheduled service since 2004. It has been used by several presidents speaking at the commencement of the nearby US Coast Guard Academy.

Groton–New London Airport covers an area of 489 acres (198 ha) at an elevation of 9 feet (3 m) above mean sea level. It has two asphalt paved runways: 5/23 is 5,000 by 150 feet (1,524 x 46 m) and 15/33 is 4,000 by 100 feet (1,219 x 30 m).

For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2009, the airport had 38,582 aircraft operations, an average of 105 per day: 87% general aviation, 10% military, and 4% air taxi. At that time there were 30 aircraft based at this airport: 63% single-engine, 17% multi-engine, 10% jet, 3% helicopter, and 7% military.
