Manuel Crescencio Rejón International Airport (IATA code: MID, ICAO code: MMMD), formerly known as Mérida-Rejón Airport, is an international airport located in the Mexican city of Mérida, Yucatán. It is located on the southern edge of the city.
The airport is one of four airports in Mexico which has an Area Control Center (Centro Mérida/Mérida Center), which controls air traffic over the southeast part of the country, largely traffic going from Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to the United States and Canada; the other ones being Mexico City International Airport, Monterrey International Airport, and Mazatlán International Airport.
In 2019, the airport handled 2,790,649 passengers. It thus became the 8th airport in the country to reach the 2 million milestone.
