Oakland International Airport (IATA: OAK, ICAO: KOAK, FAA LID: OAK) is an international airport in United State. It has domestic passenger flights to cities throughout the United States and international flights to Mexico and the Azores, in addition to cargo flights to China and Japan. The airport covers 2,600 acres (1,100 ha).
About its facilities, Oakland International Airport has two terminals with a total of 32 gates. The terminals are connected at post-security and gate areas, enabling arriving passengers to go straight to their connecting flights without having to re-enter the security check. All non pre-cleared international flights are processed in Terminal 1.
