Zahedan Airport (IATA code: ZAH, ICAO code: OIZH) is an international airport located 6 kilometers northeast of the city of Zahedan, the capital of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, in south of Iran. It is the eighth international airport in the country and having a special position in the east of the country, is of great importance in transportation and development of the province.
The airport has flight connections to different parts of Iran and countries of south of Persian Gulf. In 2019, ZAH was ranked 15th on the list of the busiest airports in Iran with 485,466 passengers handled, representing a decrease of 3% from the previous year.
