Akrotiri port (port code: CYAKT) in Cyprus is a protective port located on the southeast of the Akrotiri peninsula within Sovereign Base Area (SBA) waters, about 5 nautical miles south of Limassol and 0.3 nautical miles northwest of Cape Gata. The harbour consists of a basin enclosed by outer and inner rock arms with an entrance to the north.
The port facilities cover a total area of around 5 hectares , one hectare of which is water. Quay 1 has a length of 25 m and is used for small vehicles . Quay 2 has a RoRo ramp 20 m wide and can accommodate ships up to 50 m in length.
RAF Akrotiri Mole is a military port with restricted access for MOD or associated vessels only. Commercial traffic is not permitted without the written authority of the Station Commander.
