Bangkok TPT Port (Port Code: THTPT) an international port, is located on the Chao Phraya River in Khlong Toei District of the Thai capital city, Bangkok. The Port is one of the world's 100 busiest container ports, offering a conventional quay for loading and unloading cargo. The port of Bangkok consists of two port areas, the east and the west. The west side is mainly used for general ships, with 10 berths for loading and unloading general cargo, and provides domestic and international berthing services. The eastern section handles container cargo and has 8 berths equipped with mechanical handling facilities, including a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons of portable cranes. The shoreline of the wharf berths in the port area is 1900m long, and the maximum water depth is 8.2m. The area of cargo shed is 130,000 square meters, the area of open storage yard is 310,000 square meters, and the area of container freight station is 29,000 square meters
