Bayovar Port (port code: PEPUB) is a medium-sized port in Peru. It is situated in the Golfo de Panama.

The marine terminal is operated by PetroPeru, controlled by ENAPU, serving the oilfields of the Peruvian Amazon basin. The bay is naturally sheltered.
