Nansha Port (Port Code:CNNSA ) is the main container port in Guangzhou Port which is a base port in China. It is located in the geographic geometric center of the Pearl River Delta, south to the South China Sea in the south, east toward Shenzhen, and adjacent to the Nanhai district in Foshan city, west to Panyu district in Guangzhou city and Shunde district in the Foshan city. The Port covers 223 hectares and has 6 berths of 150,000 tons. Its coastline is 2,100 meters, the front water depth -15.5 meters, the channel width is meters, the channel length 35 nautical miles, and the harbor basin 600 meters wide. The port is equipped with 22 ultra-Panamax quay cranes, of which 19 spreaders have a rated lifting capacity of 65 tons, and 3 are double spreader cranes with a rated lifting capacity of 100 tons. Its yard area is equipped with 64 rubber-tyred gantry cranes with a rated lifting capacity of 41 tons under the spreader, and 8 gantry cranes can provide barge operations.
