The Port of Caraquet (Port Code: CACQT) is a port located in Gloucester county, northeastern New Brunswick, Canada. It lies along Caraquet Bay (an inlet of Chaleur Bay), near the mouth of the Caraquet River, 42 miles (68 km) northeast of Bathurst. This port serves fishing boats and recreational crafts, as well as merchant ships. At Port of Caraquet, materials and equipment suppliers, marine mechanics are available, in addition to maintenance, repair, and construction of fishing boats. It can house 111 pleasure boats, 20 of which are reserved for visitors from outside the region. There is a large parking area for vehicles and trailers adjacent to this port.
