Chesapeake port (port code: USUFG) is a small port in the United States and a sub-port of Hampton Roads. As part the Chesapeake Bay Waterway, the port is located on the Elizabeth River in Virginia's coastal plain, or Tidewater region, almost nine nautical miles (11 kilometers or 7 miles) south-southeast of the Port of Portsmouth and about 20 kilometers (13 miles) south-southeast of the Port of Norfolk.
Crisscrossed by inland waterways, the port is a major oil storage center and has several port facilities. The type of vessels regularly visiting the port is sailing vessel or yacht, accounting for 63.45%.
