Cristobal port (port code: PACTB) is a large port in Colon, Panama. It is situated on the Atlantic coast of Panama at the entrance to the Panama Canal, just two kilometers west-southwest of the Manzanillo International Terminal and 3.2 kilometers southwest of the Colon Container Terminal at Coco Solo.
The port covers an area of 143 hectares. It contains two container berths, seven multi-purpose berths, and two additional berths. The 11 berths have a combined length of 3750 meters with alongside depths ranging from 12 to over 14 meters. There are a number of piers for containerised cargo and general cargo ships, complete with storage areas, bunkering and ship repair services.
Each year the port handles 600,000t of cargo, 250,000TEU, and 294,000 passengers, with 500 cargo vessels and 130 cruise vessels. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 353 meters. The maximum draught is 14.9 meters. The maximum deadweight is 134,869t.
