Dun Laoghaire port (port code: IEDLG) is a medium-sized port in Ireland. It is situated on the south shore of Dublin Bay, 10 nautical miles southeast of Dublin.
The harbour, with an area of 95 hectares, is formed by 2 breakwaters. The east breakwater is 1,290 meters in length and the west breakwater, 1,550 meters in length. The port is a major ferry terminal and yachting centre, with a marina located with two breakwaters in the western side of the harbour.
Approximately 1,700 vessels visit this port annually, among which around 47% are sailing vessels, 26% are pleasure craft and 10% are SAR. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 102 meters. The maximum draught is 4.8 meters. The maximum deadweight is 5,330t.
