Dundalk port (port code: USDDQ) is a medium-sized port in the United Sates. It is a sub-port of Baltimore. With 13 berths, 4 container cranes, and direct rail access, it remains the largest and most versatile general cargo facility at the Port of Baltimore.
The port covers an area of 570 acres (230.8 ha), among which ten sheds totaling 789,820 square feet (73,377 square meters) work as inside storage. The outside storage contains 105 acres (42.4 ha) of container storage, 20.1 acres (8.1 ha) of break bulk storage and 225 acres of automobile storage.
Dundalk's direct rail access allows unit trains to routinely deliver dozens of units of farm and construction equipment to the terminal at once. Combined with rail access provided by Norfolk Southern and CSXT, Dundalk's size makes it ideal for handling large break bulk and project cargo.
