Hamriya port (Port Code: AEHAM) is a medium-sized seaport in United Arab Emirates . It lies 15 km north of Sharjah at coordinates N 25° 28' 21.83" - E 055° 29' 42.91". The harbour originally constructed for the export of LPG, now handles car imports and general cargo and oil products. The port is divided into two areas, Main Harbour and Inner Harbour, which are operational but Phase III and IV are still under construction. Main harbour is designed for handling grain products, heavy duty cargoes, oil products, general cargoes, forest products, cement and LPG. The inner harbour is located in the north part of Hamriyah Free Zone. There is a SBM operated by BP, offshore of Hamriyah, handling crude and condensate cargoes. Approx 4,681,000t of cargo and 2,014 vessels are handled annually. Max size: Main Harbour: Max length 230m, draught 12.6m, . Inner Harbour: LOA 120m and max draught 7.0m. SBM: Draught 16.0m, 150,000t displacement, 250,000SDWT, BCM 150m (temporarily reduced).
