Inchon sea port (Port Code:KRICH) is the second largest port in Korea after Busan Port. The International Passenger Terminal located at the port offers ferries to five cities in China: Dalian, Qingdao, Tianjin, Dandong, and Weihai. There are also ferries to Incheon's outlying islands as well as Baengnyeong Island inside of the Northern Limit Line. It became an international port in 1883
The port comprises facilities in Incheon (North Port, Outer Harbour, Inner Harbour, South Port), Gyeong-In and Incheon New Port. Berths situated in the Inner Harbour are accessed via locks. Port handles bulk, containers, Ro-Ro, dry and liquid bulk, fishing and breakbulk cargo vessels Yeonghung thermal power plant is situated on Yeongjong-Do, approx. 16 n.m. southwest of Incheon.
