Santa Cruz de la Palma Port (Port Code:PALPA) is a port located on the eastern coast of La Palma island, one of the islands in the Canary Island archipelago. It is the only major port in the isle, serving ferry routes to Cadiz in Spain, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife. The main ferry operators in the cruise port include Fred. Olsen Express, Naviera Armas, and Trasmediterránea. A large number of cruise line firms call at the port. The port is located less than one kilometre from the city centre and nine kilometres from the airport. It can be accessible by public transport, including free shuttle bus services and approximately 20 bus routes .
