Larache Port (Port Code:MALAR) is a small-sized port located at West Africa, Gibraltar in Morocco at coordinates N 35° 12' 06.25" - W 006° 08' 51.53", approx 80km SW of Tangier on the Atlantic coast. It is also known as Medina. It is mainly for fishing vessels, formed by the mouth of the River El Kous. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 45 meters. The maximum draught is 4 meters.
In Larache, the modern quarter stretches from the port across the coastal plateau, with gardens and orchards bordering the river. Larache is a busy agricultural and fishing centre, exporting produce, timber, and wool.
