Larne ferry port (Port code:GBLNE) is located in Northern Ireland and connects with Cairnryan in Scotland. A busy market town, it's a great place from which to discover County Antrim as well as the famous Causeway Coastal Route. As cruise port, Larne operates with last-minute berthing. In 2018, the port was visited by only one ship - Hebridean Princess. In 2019 were scheduled for docking Astor (CMV) and Hebridean Princess. The port has plans to improve its quay length to attract larger vessels. Port's over 40 acres (160,000 m2) storage area serves mainly project and bulk cargoes.
