Port of Nemrut Bay (port code: TRNEM) is a large port in Turkey. Situated on the south side of the port of Aliaga, on west coast of Turkey, 60 kilometers north of Izmir, it is divided into the inner port and outer port. Inner port is the area between the imaginary line connecting the south end of the Petkim Petrochemical Complex's breakwater with Karacadogan Peninsula. The outer port is the area between interior port and Nemrut Bay boundaries between Cape Ilica and Kizilburun in due north direction.
This port has seven port areas, namely Petkim, Ege Gubre, Petrol Ofisi, Limas, Celik, IDC and Habas. Petkim can handle 1,500,000t of bulk liquid, 70,000t of general cargo and approximately 370 vessels per year. Ege Gubre can handle 1,333,000t of dry bulk, 206,400t of bulk liquid, 44,500t of general cargo and approximately 330 vessels each year. Petrol Ofisi is able to handle 1,030,000t of bulk liquid and approximately 376 vessels every year. Limas can deal with approximately 580,000t of cargo each year. For Celik, the capacity is 3,360,000t of cargo and 945 vessels per year. IDC is capable of handling 694,000t of dry bulk, 879,000t of cargo and approximately 450 vessels per year. Habas can handle 4,035,000t of cargo and approximately 680 vessels.
