The port of Pugwash (Port Code: CAPUG) is a port situated on the eastern side of Pugwash Bay, on the northern coast of Nova Scotia, with Prince Edward Island across the Northumberland Strait. The port consists of one small marine terminal with 150m of berthing space on both the south and west face. The main industry at Pugwash is the export of salt and pulpwood. The navigation season is from April to December. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 120 meters. The maximum draught is 4.8 meters. The maximum Deadweight is 8950t.
