The port of Saint-Brieuc Le Légué (Port Code:FRSBR) is a main commercial port of the Côtes-d'Armor, it has also become a marina and a departmental site for ship repair, especially for high-tonnage fishing vessels. It has been a regional port since 2017. It is situated on the River Gouet. Crossed by the Gouët which flows into the sea at its mouth, it takes its name from a ford serving as a point of communication between Saint-Brieuc and Plérin. The port consists of a tidal harbour, lock and basin. The main cargoes handled are cattle feed, china clay, kerphalite, fertiliser, ammonia nitrate, scrap and timber. Approx 320,000t of cargo and 220 vessels are handled annually. 120,000T of goods are transported in 2019.
