Sibenik Port (Port Code: HRSIB) is a port lying on the eastern shore of the Adriatic, 28 n.m. northwest of Split. It is a naturally sheltered port handling imports of phosphates, alumina and potash and exports of fertiliser, timber, clay and aluminium. It has two berths with 10 m depth, shore cranes with grabs and open storage space of 20.000 square meters. Sailing vessels, pleasure craft, passenger vessels, general cargo, fishing boats regularly call at the port. The maximum length of the vessels recorded to having entered this port is 229 meters. The maximum draught is 7.4 meters. The maximum Deadweight is 17110t.
