The port of Skopelos ( Port Code:GRSKO) is the larger of the two commercial ports on the island of Skopelos which is situated amongst the Sporades Islands of Greece. Its main town, also called Skopelos but known as Hora, is a picturesque harbor that sits on the east coast of the island. The ports is served by the ferry companies Anes Ferries, Blue Star Ferries and Aegean Flying Dolphins.
A small island of Sporades that distinguishes for the green nature and the calm beaches, Skopelos is connected by ferry and hydrofoil to Volos, Agios Konstantinos, Skiathos and Alonissos. There are frequent buses that connect the port of Skopelos to the beaches of Stafylos, Agnontas, Panormos, Hovolos, Elios, Loutraki, Glossa and many other places around the island.
