Stanlow terminals (Port Code:GBSTA) receive some of the world’s largest vessels. Located 4 miles from the entrance to the Manchester Ship Canal, the Stanlow Terminals facility consists of six operational berths for both the import and export of oil products and chemicals. It handles over 600 ships a year with ship size ranging in size from 1,000 Dwt. to 17,000 Dwt. and ranging from chemical carriers to product tankers, LPG Gas tankers and bunker barges. Over 600 ships handled at the Stanlow berths and a wide range of products handled at Stanlow. It easily receives larger vessels carrying up to 170,000 tonnes of crude oil.
