Tahsis Port (Port Code: CAPTA) is a port located at the head of Tahsis Inlet, which can be approached either by Nootka South or Esperanza Inlet, on the western coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. The port is mainly used for the shipment of timber products and its main export is lumber. Tahsis is a restricted port of entry and has a resident Customs Officer. Approximately 14 vessels are handled at the port annually. Them aximum overall length of the largest vessel having entered this port is 213 meters, and the maximum draught is 12.5m; the maximum deadweight is 60,500 tons.
