Tulear Port (Port Code: MGTUL), also known as Toliary (Toliara) port, is a port situated on the southwestern coast of Madagascar. The port is mainly an import and export harbour, where the main product imported is cement and exports are timber, maize and cassava. it handles breakbulk, containerised cargoes and tankers. Passenger vessels also call at the port but the pier-head has limited facilities. Vessels can berth on main quay or load from lighters at anchorage, tankers are also berthed at main quay. Approximately 75,000t of cargo and 5,700t of containers are handled annually. The largest vessel handled is "Vincenzia” with 168m in length, 8,035DWT.
