Port of Tumpat (Port Code: MYTUM) is one of the deep-sea port of Malaysia located in Tumpat, northwestern Malaysia. The water location of Port of Tumpat is Gulf of Thailand (Gulf). It has 11m - 12.2m anchor depth, 1.8m - 3m cargo depth. The port is primarily used for transporting timber. Ocean vessels can only sail within 4-6 kilometers of the shore. All cargo handling operations take place at open sea, where water depth varies from 4.85 m to 7.32 m at low tide.
