Yanbu Al Bahr Port (Port Code: SAYNB) is a port located along Saudi Arabia's west coast. It is Muslim pilgrims' second most important point of entry to the Kingdom, opened in 1965, during the reign of the late King Faisal of Saudi Arabia. Located about halfway between Jeddah Islamic Port and King Fahad Industrial Port to the south and Dhuba Port to the north, Yanbu Commercial Port is strategically located to serve the local economies of Saudi Arabia's Madina and Qassim regions, two of the Kingdom's most promising trade centers. It comprises 12 berths capable of handling over 13.5 million metric tons annually, one 1,500-passenger terminal, and one general cargos terminal. It has two bulk silos, each with 20,000t capacity.
